Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 June 2026
At Praxtify, we care about the privacy of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website and purchase our consulting services, how and why we process it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have.
1. Data Controller
Praxtify is the data controller for the personal data processed in connection with this website and our consulting services. For questions and requests, please use the contact details at the end of this policy.
2. Data We Collect
Contact and request data: The name, email address, and message content you submit through the contact form.
Newsletter data: Your email address and language preference when you subscribe to the newsletter.
Consulting and payment data: When you purchase a consulting package, your name, email address, billing information, and subscription details. Because payments are processed through Stripe, your card details are not seen or stored by Praxtify; this data is processed directly by Stripe.
Usage and analytics data: Subject to your consent, anonymous/analytics data about how you use the site (e.g. pages visited, browser type).
3. Purposes of Use
We process your data to respond to your requests, provide and bill for the consulting service, send newsletters, improve our services, and meet our legal obligations. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the grounds of the formation or performance of a contract (consulting service), your explicit consent (newsletter, analytics, and marketing cookies), our legitimate interests (service security and improvement), and our legal obligations.
5. Service Providers and Transfers
To provide our services, we work with the following providers, who process your data only to the extent required to deliver the service:
- Supabase — database
- Resend — email delivery
- Vercel — hosting
- Upstash — rate limiting
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
Some of these providers may be located abroad; in such cases, transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable law and with the necessary safeguards in place.
6. Cookies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies. For details and preference management, please see our Cookie Policy.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and within applicable legal retention obligations. When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your record is not deleted for audit-trail purposes; its status is updated to 'unsubscribed'. Consulting and payment records are retained for the period required by applicable financial and legal regulations.
8. Your Rights (KVKK / GDPR)
Under applicable law, you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to processing, restrict processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent you have given. You may submit your requests through the contact channels at the end of this policy.
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. Payment data is protected by Stripe through its PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the update date shown above.
